Shipping Policy

After an order is accepted and payment and customer information are confirmed, preparation normally takes 1–2 business days. Delivery in transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, although arrival dates are not guaranteed. Free-shipping qualification is the offer shown in checkout.

Provide an accurate recipient name, street address, email, and phone. Tracking becomes useful after the carrier records its first scan. If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or damaged in transit, send us the order number and tracking evidence. Carrier, destination, address, or product restrictions may limit delivery.
