Refund Policy

An application may be made for an item delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially unlike its description. It must reach us within 30 days of delivery. Returns for remorse, preference, or customer ordering error are not accepted.

Provide the order number, checkout email, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video of both product and packaging. Do not return an item before authorization. We assess the evidence and any authorized return. If approved, we may replace the item where stock allows or refund the original payment method, whose provider sets the posting time.
